It also provides the latestGovernmenteServices24/7 includingbothlogicalandphysicalsecurities.
25+governmententitieshaveusedNDCtohosttheirservers. 10+ entities use NDC as their Disaster recovery centre, thereby allowingbusinesscontinuityincase ofadisaster.

NationalOperationsCentre(NOC)playsanintegralpartinproviding technicalsupportto DCclientsandinitiativesbyensuring themaximumcustomer’ssatisfaction.
NOC is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and utilizing ITIL-basedInformation Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices torecord,route,andmanagethetimelyresponses toalltheloggedincident andservicerequests.
