Multi-lingual Support
GeM portal is optimized for languages being written from left to right. For other languages, support would be required to be built in.
Multi-Currency Support
GeM currently supports only INR transactions.
Business RuleEngine
GeM currently is optimized for procurement by Indian central and state entities based on GFR guidelines and associated business rules. Customization may be required basis the rules/laws of target country.
Organization Hierarchy Considerations
GeM currently follows 4 level Organization hierarchy which would be required to be mapped for friendly countries.
