Development of the Doptor platform began in 2014. Later its architecture was expanded and enriched. In 2019, this platform began to provide user authorization and authentication services among all registered offices of several ministries. Since then, Doptor has been expanding its services continuously.
The Doptor Design comprises of:
Registration of Govt. officers for the purpose of uniquely identifying the individual and thus Mapped with a National Identity Database (NID) and through that process (on a sustainable basis);
The registration and enrolment process which will be once in a lifetime, will result in the access of all registered systems.

We are facilitating capacity building measures through comprehensive physical training sessions (currently benefiting 58 ministries and over 1.3K+ officers). Additionally, we are furnishing a dedicated support team with user manuals to further enhance their expertise and efficacy in their roles.
